Are you properly covered? \nTwo of our members\, Safegard Group\, Inc. and Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC\, will present their legal and insurance perspectives on the three issues below: \n– What a CGL policy covers\, and why it doesn’t cover professional liability exposure/claims.\n– Why fabricators who subcontract design work to consultants are not adequately protected by the professional liability coverage provided by the consultant and/or through contractual indemnification.\n– Why fabricators who contract to perform design work need a professional liability policy\, and the type of claims such a policy provides coverage. \n4.
