2. Association business/announcements of upcoming programs.
3. Presentation – Whiting Turner Contracting Company will discuss the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach to construction in general and their experiences on the Bayhealth Hospital Sussex Campus in particular. IPD, which allows for time and material billing for the work and early participation with the design team, is becoming very popular for complex jobs which require a “teaming approach” with key subcontractors. The client and the design team will also be in attendance to offer their input and answer any questions.
